is governed by directors and a management team with significant

SBA Loans
Unlike the larger financial institutions, Fortune Bank will serve
small businesses (up to $25 million in annual revenues), their
executives and staff, with a personalized approach to customer
service. Advances in technology allow us to provide customer
services which for a long time were only available through the
larger institutions. The Bank is commencing operations with an SBA
loan program which can be expanded beyond the Bank’s primary
market area. This has never been done in the state of Washington.
Fortune Bank will strive to be a leader in SBA lending in the
Northwest and beyond. We will be the only community based bank to
offer SBA loans outside of their retail market area.

location and use today’s affordable technology to provide
convenient customer access without expensive retail branches and
associated customer fees. The Bank makes correspondent
arrangements with large banks to use their branch systems for
deposits into a Fortune Bank account. Bank customers are able to
withdraw funds from almost any ATM. Fortune Bank utilizes a
courier service to help make deposits into customers’ accounts.
